Biomedical innovation, emerging technology, and health.
I’ve spent my career in biomedical innovation focused on realizing the value of emerging molecular and digital technologies in biopharma R&D.
Success requires not only understanding what the technology makes possible and what the science demands, but also—perhaps most critically—developing a feel for the organizational and human factors on which adoption ultimately depends.
More recently, I’ve also started to explore a second question: how technology might be used to cultivate agency and improve health.
My career has included leadership roles in biopharma, health technology, and strategic venture investing. I’m currently Chief Medical Scientist at Lore Health, a lecturer at Harvard Medical School, and an adjunct fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
